Ole Hanson, one of San Clemente founder of Casa Romantica built

in 1927 was designed by Carl Lindbom, the renowned architect of Casa Pacifica

( former president Richard M. Nixon's Western White House). The original, five-acre

estate was home to Hanson ,his wife and their eight children.

This is the Martinez Family ,Monica , Jesus and Isora on the

Ocean terrace , originally lawn with a small concrete patio , the terrace was

created to maximize enjoyment of the espertacular view .

featured a large reflecting pool. Design elements include
